Researchers’ Meeting in Ahtopol

A meeting of research teams from the four partner organizations was held as part of the Cross-border working meeting on 5-7 July 2022 in Ahtopol. Each of the partners gave a presentation on the results obtained so far in the field of:
• Study of protected plants and animals;
• Impact of invasive species on the protected areas;
• Surveying habitats using drones;
• Installation of water and air quality monitoring systems
During the discussions each partner presented specific measures that the park administrations should adopt both in relation to management and the involvement of interested parties and local communities in the resolution of the environmental problems of the parks and protected areas.
